Need Help with Footlocker Backorder

First time ordering from footlocker online, ordered size 8 white AF1s, got the confirmation email. Then 2 days later, I got the backorder and it said it would try to ship it to me 2 weeks within the date, so I was initially fine with it. However the backorder date was 9/18/20, and I’d rather not receive my shoes 4 months after I ordered it and not even be guaranteed it. Another interesting thing is that the size 8 AF1s are still “in stock” on their website so I don’t even know. Any help is appreciated, if anything, hoping for a refund but I’m not sure how to.
