“I came here after reading Jerry Osborne’s blog. He referenced a conversation he had with Ms. Stevens regarding the background dialog of “Dooley” and who spoke it? Her answer was that it was one of the Jack Halloran Singers, most likely, whomever sang bass. She also mentioned that she was just 12 at the time of the recording… a bit of trivia I never knew :)”
