Super cushioned shoes are all the rage these days. Originally designed for ultra runners pushing their limits for 30, 50, and 100+ mile runs, shoes like HOKA are being used more and more by everyday runners for comfort and pain reduction.
But do they actually work and are they actually good for us, especially when studies show that runners hit the ground harder the more cushion the shoe has? (
