Are Your Super Cushioned Shoes Causing Injuries?

Super cushioned shoes are all the rage these days. Originally designed for ultra runners pushing their limits for 30, 50, and 100+ mile runs, shoes like HOKA are being used more and more by everyday runners for comfort and pain reduction.

We get into that and more in today’s video from Coach Nate. What do you run in and why? Drop your experiences (and opinions!) in the comments.
